Purpose and intended users
Contractor Management Backup is a private administrative tool for encrypted backup and recovery of Contractor Management App data. It is intended for use only by authorized administrators of that deployment and is not a consumer backup service or a public application.
Authorization
Use of the Google Drive connection requires consent from the owner of the relevant Google account. The account owner may revoke authorization through Google Account settings. Administrators are responsible for managing Google account access and maintaining a recovery copy of the backup encryption password.
Backup operation
The integration can create, inspect, retrieve, and remove encrypted backup repository files within its authorized Google Drive scope for scheduled backup, integrity, retention, and recovery tasks. Availability depends on the Google account, its available storage, the server, and Google Drive API service availability.
Security and recovery
Backup contents are encrypted prior to upload, but administrators must maintain secure credentials, independent recovery material, and tested restoration procedures. Successful backups and recovery are not guaranteed in every circumstance. The utility is provided for internal administrative use without a separate public service-level commitment.
